In East Tennessee, the roof is your first line of defense against water intrusion into the home. Given the importance of your roof system, proper installation procedures are a must. We offer full, quality roof replacements at competitive prices.
As a GAF Certified contractor, we favor working with GAF products when performing asphalt/fiberglass roof replacements; however, there are other shingles on the market that we are also happy to install. Yet, there are most certainly some that we highly do not recommend.
Not all roof replacements are equal. The quality of installation practices, the quality of materials being used, and crew training/supervision are all elements that set Covenant Roofing & Restoration LLC apart from many others.
Metal Roof replacements
We install metal roofs as well!
Many of the roof repairs we perform in Greene county are due to faulty installation practices on metal roofs. It is important that you have a contractor that is knowledgeable of proper installation procedures.
Many issues we see arise from metal being installed directly over shingle roofs, exposed fastener panels being installed in 7/16” OSB decking, poor flashing detail and improper installation of underlayment.
Whether it be an exposed fastener roof or standing seam metal, we will bid your job to ensure it installed correctly!

We specialize in inspecting roofs for hail and/or wind damage. Additionally, we make sure you are well informed on the current condition of your roof before recommending that you file a claim. We will always give you an honest assessment of the state of your roof and never recommend you file a claim when there is no damage. We have helped hundreds of clients through the entire claim process. Whether it be from the initial filing of the claim, speaking w/ your adjuster/agent, meeting with your insurance adjuster, or making sure that the insurance includes all the necessary items on your claim to restore your property to “pre-storm” condition.
Many people are led to believe that the first check they get from the insurance is all that they are willing to pay. However, the initial claim payment and estimate is often undervalued. This leaves the customer believing they will need to find a budget contractor to perform the repairs within the confines of the initial claim check, resulting in sub-par workmanship being done on your home.

Storm restoration work
Often after a storm there is additional damage to the home besides the roof. Although we, at this point, may not be a full “one stop shop”, there are many items on the claim that we can help you with. We have also partnered with other small businesses in the area that may be able to help you with something that we cannot. Do you have gutter damage, siding damage, interior leak damage or more?
